As an IFS Therapist in Redding, therapy with me is paced and collaborative. We work with the parts of you that learned to survive, what your body still holds, and family patterns that asked you to grow up too soon. I integrate Internal Family Systems and Brainspotting alongside traditional talk therapy, allowing for a multi-faceted approach to healing. Importantly, you will never be pushed to share more than you are ready to share, creating a safe environment for exploration.
