I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families heal, grow, and reconnect—both within themselves and in their relationships. With a background as an educator and missionary pastor, and as an adoptive and former foster parent, I bring deep understanding and empathy to the complexities of parenting, attachment, and family life.

I take a warm, whole-person approach to therapy, integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Brainspotting, and Theraplay techniques to meet clients where they are. Fluent in Spanish and drawing on years of experience living and working abroad, I have a strong belief in the importance of curiosity, connection, and compassion in every therapeutic relationship.

My work is family-oriented, trauma-informed, and developmentally aligned, helping clients navigate emotional regulation, relational challenges, and life transitions. Whether supporting children with big emotions, helping parents understand and respond to challenging behaviors, or guiding individuals and couples through difficult seasons, I provide a grounded and collaborative presence.
