Maybe it’s the loss of something or someone treasured, relational strife, a big life event that knocks you off your feet, the quiet yet never-ending internal struggle, a spiritual wrestling, or some other thing that has become a “hang-up.” I’ve been there, too. Many times the struggles of life cause us to feel under-resourced and overwhelmed. My passion is to help make the difficult feel less difficult, the alone feel less lonely, and for my clients to believe that their life – pain and all – has meaning and purpose.
