Your faith and values are integral to your life. Which also means your health. I know the ease it brings to the therapy room when the counselor across from you can genuinely appreciate your deeply held values and worldviews – and perhaps even understand them. Or, at the least, appreciate and make space for your spiritual wrestling.

You have a place to bring your wounds, your weariness, your wandering, and your uncertainty, and receive care that prioritizes your faith. My personal life statement is to live whole and help others do the same. In practice, I combine the best of tried and true clinical therapy with a dynamic Christian worldview to provide a holistically informed therapy process – mind, body, and spirit.
