Hello! What a privilege to share a little about myself and have the possibility of one day sitting across from you as we engage your story together. My journey into the counseling profession has been one of those one step at a time, only the Lord knows where it’ll end up, kind of paths. Every place I thought was a detour ended up being an opportunity for learning and growth. I’m so grateful that all these seemingly random paths have led me here, pursuing counseling full-time. With all that I’ve learned as a foundation, I look forward to teaching others about some of the amazing therapeutic tools that exist to heal from pain and experience wholistic health.

Being a human is hard. It’s messy and sometimes painful. Brokenness can make Jesus’ promises of things like abundant life (John 10:10) and overwhelming peace (Philippians 4:7) seem almost laughable at times. Yet I believe there must be a way to reconcile the harshness of the world and the promises we find in Scripture. I’ve found it often begins with bravely entering the brokenness of our own stories and grappling with the heartbreak of what we wish could have been. The Lord has been there the whole time, and He goes before us, ever beckoning us to invite Him along. And when we need a little help along the way, a counselor can be a phenomenal companion.
