About

Sessions with Tyler are transformative in that you’ll be respected, understood, comforted, and challenged leading to new insight and perspectives which increase sense of control in difficult situations happening around you or within you. He doesn’t simply tell you what you’d like to hear; he gives you honest reflective feedback pointing out ways to improve your perspectives.

Incorporating a Biblical worldview into Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, work in sessions focus on recognizing troublesome thought patterns as well as the beliefs that lay underneath.  We react according to our emotions which are shaped by automatic thinking which come from deeply held beliefs commonly along the line of:  what kind of person am I, what is the world like that’s around me, and what will my future hold.  Tyler’s goal is to identify negative core beliefs, replace it with a  better, positive, and/or a God honoring core belief, which will then affect how you think, feel, and operate.

Tyler offers 20-minute consultation of your circumstance(s) for those interested in treatment.
