I believe every person has a story, and that story deserves to be heard with compassion, understanding, and without judgment. My passion for counseling has been deeply shaped by my own experiences with adoption and foster care. These experiences have given me a unique appreciation for the complexities of family relationships, attachment, loss, identity, and the many emotions that can accompany difficult life experiences.

My Christian faith is at the heart of who I am and how I approach counseling. I believe that God is the Wonderful Counselor and that true healing ultimately comes from Him. As a counselor, my desire is to be led by the Holy Spirit and to thoughtfully integrate Christian principles into the counseling process. I believe Scripture offers profound wisdom about identity, relationships, forgiveness, grace, hope, and the healing of our hearts.

My role is not to replace the work God is doing in a person’s life, but to come alongside clients with compassion, professional training, and prayerful discernment. I strive to create a safe and welcoming environment where clients can be honest about their struggles while discovering their God-given strengths, worth, and purpose. My faith also reminds me to approach each person with grace, humility, and the belief that no story is beyond redemption or hope.
