I specialize in helping you identify and overcome issues that hinder your day-to-day enjoyment of life and/or interfere with progress towards the goals you have set. In over thirty years of private practice counseling and life coaching, I have learned to meet clients’ needs not only with continued education and research but also through a multitude of life experiences. I was in the Mission Field for 11 years and have learned the importance of putting God at the center of all we do and have.  I have traveled extensively and embraced many different cultures and location-specific issues. I have worked with people from all walks of life from blue collar (the back bone of our country) to professional athletes and social media content creators. With this, I understand problems and issues arise that are specific to individual job sectors. Through all of life’s changes I have learned that, even with the best of plans, things still do not always work out the way we would like. Through faith and continually pursuing and strengthening our relationship with God all things are possible. I have experienced many of the same issues as my clients so can relate to them on a personal basis. Through my life experiences, I have become free of judgment and value all of the people I work with equally.
