As a faith-based life coach, I walk alongside adults and teens as they navigate the weight of trauma, gently helping them move from a place of survival into one of purpose and restoration.

My name is Teri White and I am a Certified Life Coach, a Board Certified Trauma Informed Coach and a Sexual Risk Avoidance Specialist. I believe that healing is possible for every person, and that true wholeness encompasses the mind, the body, and the spirit.My approach is collaborative at its core. I don’t believe in having all the answers. Instead, I come alongside my clients as a partner, creating a safe and judgment-free space where they feel truly heard, seen, and valued. Together, we work through the layers of pain, unhealthy patterns, and false beliefs that trauma can leave behind.

At the heart of my practice is my Christian faith. I incorporate Biblical principles and scripture as tools for healing to offer hope and a framework for lasting transformation. I welcome clients at every stage of their faith walk, and I am passionate about supporting adults and teens who are ready to face their trauma and move forward with intention.
