Hi, I’m Teara F. Stewart, a board-certified belief therapist, board-certified master mental health coach, professional Christian life coach, leadership developer, and emotional wellness coach. I am dedicated to helping women of faith, ministry leaders, and young women heal from the inside out.

With a strong foundation in theology, emotional intelligence, relational intelligence, and leadership development, I create a safe, Spirit-led space for women navigating trauma, life transitions, identity loss, and spiritual overwhelm, as well as for young women who are developing their sense of identity, processing life pressures, and learning how to navigate emotions, relationships, and purpose in a healthy, grounded way.

Through a Christ-centered, trauma-informed, and emotionally grounded approach, I integrate biblical truth with practical tools. This allows those whom I serve to uncover patterns, address root wounds, and step into a healed, whole, and fully aligned version of themselves.
