My approach is holistic, structured and grounded in a Biblical worldview. I believe your mind, body, and spirit are intricately designed to work together. We will look at how your mind, body, and environment influence your life. I utilize evidence-based practices with a focus on neuroplasticity and nervous system regulation, as we explore the root causes contributing to anxiety and depression. The goal isn’t just to feel “okay” for a moment, but to “Regulate, navigate and thrive” trading short-term comfort for permanent freedom as you walk out daily the renewing of your mind.
Mental emotional freedom requires going beyond surface-level symptom management to uncover and treat the root cause of anxiety and depression. Grounded in compassion, I apply clinical insight as we explore, identify and challenge strongholds contributing to unhealthy beliefs, thought patterns and actions via cognitive restructuring, Romans 12:2.
