Two scriptures that serve as the foundation of the counseling I provide are Ephesians 2:20-22 and Romans 12:2. Ephesians reminds us that Jesus is the cornerstone of our temple. He is our alignment for strength, stability, and support.

Romans 12:2 calls us to transform and renew our minds rather than conforming to the patterns of this world. This principle speaks to the importance of examining our thoughts, beliefs, and responses as we pursue meaningful change.
