I’m Tamara “Tami” Thomas, a Certified Biblical Counselor and Certified Grief Coach and the founder of Tamara’s Table™. For more than seven years, I have had the privilege of walking alongside individuals and families experiencing grief, loss, caregiving, life transitions, relationship challenges, spiritual struggles, and seasons when life simply feels overwhelming.

My approach is Christ-centered, compassionate, relational, and deeply personal. I believe meaningful care begins with presence—creating a safe place where you can speak honestly, ask difficult questions, process what you are carrying, and begin discovering hope and healing.

At Tamara’s Table™, we care for the whole person—body, soul, and spirit. Biblical truth provides the foundation for our work while practical tools, grief education, encouragement, and intentional support help individuals navigate the realities of everyday life.

I have a special heart for those walking through grief and bereavement, widows, family and professional caregivers, and those facing significant life transitions. Yet the Table is not limited to grief. Life brings many circumstances that can leave us hurting, overwhelmed, uncertain, or simply needing a safe place to talk.

You do not have to have everything figured out before reaching out.

Sometimes you simply need a place to sit, breathe, talk, and be heard.
