I have over 20 years of experience helping teens, adults and couples find healing and growth. I offer telehealth therapy for clients in PA, TX, CO, OH, and FL.  I hold certification as a Clinical Supervisor, First Responder Counselor, and Brainspotting Clinician.  I am also trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy.

I specialize in trauma-informed, attachment-based counseling for teens, individuals, and couples, integrating clinical excellence with a faith-centered approach. I work with individuals and couples who feel stuck in painful patterns, weighed down by past hurts, broken trust, anxiety, or emotional disconnection. They may love God and desire healthy relationships, yet feel overwhelmed, misunderstood, or unsure how to move forward. Their goals often include healing from emotional wounds, improving communication, restoring trust, and finding peace and clarity in their lives and relationships. At their core, they want to feel safe, connected, and whole—emotionally, relationally, and spiritually. I help clients understand how past experiences shape current patterns, learn practical tools for emotional regulation and communication, and develop healthier boundaries and connection.

Romans 8:31–39 has become a foundational Scripture in my life and ministry, reminding me and those I serve that nothing can separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus.  I hold a Master’s of Divinity and Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling so I could integrate clinical training with my faith, further equipping me to serve those who are hurting.

In my counseling work, God’s Word is truly a lamp unto my feet and a light unto my path. I open each session with prayer and, when desired by the client, intentionally weave Scripture and Biblical principles into evidence-based counseling practices. My goal is to create a space where faith and psychology work together, allowing clients to experience emotional healing, spiritual renewal, and the transforming presence of God in their lives.
