Many of the people I work with appear to have it all together on the outside and are often the ones others depend on. Beneath the surface, they may be carrying anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, substance use concerns, or a sense of disconnection from themselves, others, and sometimes even God.

I integrate evidence-based therapeutic approaches with a Biblical understanding of the whole person—mind, body, emotions, relationships, and spirit. Together, we create a safe space to exhale, explore what lies beneath the surface, and move toward lasting change.

Proverbs 3:5 has deeply shaped my life and work. I’ve come to understand that trusting God with all our heart includes our thoughts, emotions, fears, and decisions—not just our beliefs. Often, healing begins when we stop pretending we’re okay and honestly face what is happening within.

My goal is to help clients experience meaningful healing, greater self-awareness, deeper intimacy with God, and the freedom to live from a place of alignment rather than survival.
