Jesus has met me at every one of my lowest points. But, it wasn’t until I could completely receive his compassion and grace that I could find the strength to change. It was through that love that I was able to see what needed transformation in my life and to feel like I could see it though. And, this continues to shape how I show up for others

In 2 Corinthians 3:17, we are reminded that, “where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom.” This truth anchors my belief that freedom is available to all—freedom from shame, the wounds of trauma, and limiting beliefs. In our work together, I see myself not as the source of that freedom, but as a guide —creating a safe, supportive space where the Holy Spirit can bring clarity, truth, and healing.

Psalm 145:8 also shapes how I encourage clients to relate to themselves and others: “The Lord is gracious and compassionate, slow to anger and abounding in love.” I help clients embody these qualities in their own lives—learning to extend compassion to themselves, to be patient in their growth, and to cultivate love in their relationships. This often involves integrating practical therapeutic tools with spiritual practices, allowing faith and evidence-based practices to work hand in hand. We also work to align the body, mind, and soul so that they work together as one and not against one another.
