I am a firm believer in the Gospel of Jesus Christ. I love the scripture from Matthew 11:28 – Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. (KJV)
I utilize Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy and incorporate the marvelous healing power from Jesus Christ as part of the process. In this way, my clients have found that through their faith in Jesus Christ, they, too, can find rest from their labors and the burdens that life has given them.
