Hi! Thanks for stopping by. My name is Sydney and I have been doing Christian Counseling for over 20 years in a variety of settings. I love helping people through hard things with the help of the Lord. I am married and have 2 teenagers. I currently live in IL but am from TX and lived in PA for 5 years as well. I have a heart for Veterans and active duty. Many of the men in my family were in the military and my husband is a former Marine. I also love working with C-suite, high level execs. I earned my MBA after working my way up in a company that gave very little training.
I really enjoy using evidence based practices, but I also love just meeting people where they are at each day and seeing what is needed in that moment.
