Life can bring challenges that leave us feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from ourselves and the people we care about. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship struggles, grief, or a difficult life transition, you don’t have to face it alone. My goal is to provide a compassionate, supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and equipped with practical tools to move toward healing and hope.

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, I work with teens and adults navigating a variety of concerns, including stress, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, trauma/stressful past events, grief/anticipatory grief, relationship challenges, emotional regulation, and anger concerns. I also work with those that feel like something isn’t quite right, that they aren’t on the right path , but not sure what path to take. This could be in regards to their careers, schooling, or even trying to figure out who they are and their purposes and callings in life. Before becoming a therapist, I served as an EMT, giving me firsthand insight into the unique pressures, critical incidents, and cumulative stress experienced by first responders. I consider it a privilege to walk alongside first responders, healthcare professionals, military members, and their families as they navigate the emotional impact of their work. I also have extensive experience working with trauma, anxiety, and individuals in high-stress professions.

Additionally, I also specialize in working with couples. I have a special passion for helping couples strengthen communication, rebuild trust, heal from past wounds—including infidelity—navigate conflict, and reconnect through life’s challenges. I believe that strong, connected relationships are the cornerstone of emotional health. Supporting couples as they repair, grow, and create healthier, more fulfilling relationships is deeply meaningful to me because those relationships often become the foundation for stronger families and lasting well-being.

I use evidence-based approaches—including Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), the Gottman Method, CBT, ACT, DBT, strength based, and motivational interviewing. l tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs and goals, as I believe that therapy is not a “one size fits all.” For clients who desire it, I thoughtfully integrate Christian faith into the counseling process, honoring your relationship with God while helping you find healing emotionally, relationally, and spiritually. I invite you to take a look at my website to learn more about how I approach therapy, as well as how these different treatment approaches can support you or your family.

If you’re looking for a counselor who will meet you with compassion, clinical expertise, and respect for your faith, I’d be honored to walk alongside you. Together, we’ll work toward healing, stronger relationships, and lasting hope.
