I believe that everyone has the ability to feel connected to God, healthy, peaceful, joyful  and energetic. Stress and feeling alone often interferes with this; it doesn’t have to be that way.  I am personally in recovery from a 13 year Migraine headache and anxiety condition; my faith in God led me to biofeedback and counseling which together with prayer, helped me to put this debilitating set of symptoms into remission without the use of medications. I am a living testimonial to the effectiveness of the spiritual and complementary therapeutic approach to health and well being.

A combination of biblically based and relational approaches are used in our on-line mental health coaching sessions. My approach is strength based, where together we can explore workable solutions for your concerns. My education and training in Biofeedback, Psychophysiology, Mental Health and Biblically Based Christian Counseling offer a broad array of tools to use in my work with people. Each person is assessed and treated based on their unique needs and it will be my honor and privilege to meet you and walk this journey together for a while.
