I come alongside my clients and provide the support they need to face the hard truths and come out stronger. As a Christian counselor, I believe everyone is inherently valuable and has potential for hope and healing, no matter where they have been. Together we can discover how even the most difficult parts of your story can be used for good.

My professional experience includes counseling individuals and groups in church, private practice, and hospital settings. My theoretical approach is integrative, utilizing trauma-informed, cognitive-behavioral, person-centered, and twelve-step counseling methods. My approach is also holistic. What we feed our brains determines how well they function, so I also discuss nutrition, exercise, faith when requested, and other wellness modalities to address the whole person and set the stage for lasting healing.
