As a professional licensed marriage and family therapist, I value my clinical training and therapeutic skills that have been honed over the past three decades.  But there is more.  Life experience teaches us many things over the course of our lives.  We learn to enjoy our successes, grieve our losses, and heal from our hurts. We learn to rise above generational dysfunction and choose healthier paths. We come to realize just how strong we are as we get “unstuck”, transcend difficult circumstances and, with God’s help, courageously move on to embrace our new beginnings.

I am a wife, mother, and grandmother.  I have authored five books, including Christian devotionals that are available at most online booksellers.  My newest released book, “Exquisite: Inspirations for Such a Time as This” speaks to our current situation in the world as we all look upward while prophecy seems to be unfolding right before our eyes.
