I provide Christian counseling and EMDR therapy for women in a safe, compassionate, and grace-filled space. I meet each woman where she is in her faith journey—whether she feels distant from God, is carrying grief or trauma, or is searching for peace, clarity, and renewed hope.

One of the Scriptures that anchors my work is Romans 15:13:

“May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.”

I integrate biblical principles with evidence-based therapy, including EMDR, to help women heal from painful experiences, strengthen resilience, and reconnect with their sense of identity, direction, and purpose. Faith may be included through prayer, Scripture, reflection, or honest conversation, based on each client’s comfort and preferences.
