I integrate my faith into therapy by creating a safe, grace-filled space for healing. I believe in meeting clients where they are in faith – whether you are feeling distant from God, wrestling with grief, or search for peace. One of the scriptures that anchors my work is Roman 15-13:”May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.” I use Biblical principles alongside evidence-based therapy to help clients find direction, purpose, resilience and guidance.
