I provide specialized counseling for individuals navigating neurodivergence, trauma, addiction, and the unique demands of cross-cultural life. My work integrates evidence-based approaches — including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and trauma-informed care — with the conviction that lasting healing is rooted in relationship: with others, with ourselves, and with God.

For clients who want their faith woven into the therapeutic process, that is not only welcome here — it’s central.

I have a particular heart for neurodivergent adults, including those with ASD and ADHD, and I approach that work with practical, dignity-centered care that honors how God has uniquely wired each person. I also walk alongside those navigating addiction and recovery, trauma, and the complexity of cross-cultural transitions — whether that’s a missionary family, a third-culture kid, or anyone building a life between worlds.
