Are you feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or depressed? Do you have trouble saying no to others? Are you grieving a loss or life change? If so, and you are ready to make changes I can help.
I will work with you to help you develop coping skills, set boundaries by learning how to say yes and when to say no, and how to process grief so that you don’t remain stuck. I have a combined total of over 30 years experience in leadership, pastoral counseling, life coaching, and professional counseling.
Validation and empathy are key components in helping others feel heard and accepted. I believe every person is important and has value. Unconditional positive regard is a fundamental necessity and is what I commit to in my sessions.
