I have been in the healing professions throughout my adult life, starting first as a Registered Nurse and then transitioning into Counseling.  My Christian faith, love for God, the Bible and Biblical truth is the foundation of my practice.  I offer compassionate, supportive care where you’ll feel heard, valued, and encouraged in your journey of growth and healing. As a Christian Counselor, my goal is to meet you where you are and walk with you to a healthier, stronger place. My background as a Registered Nurse shapes my understanding of the impact of physical illness on mental health and wellbeing, and I maintain an active interest in medicine and alternative healing.

One of my favorite verses in therapy is Ephesians 2:10 “For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them.” I believe this verse speaks to the process through which, God lovingly brings us into alignment with his purpose for our lives.  Whether you’re facing a difficult season or simply longing to grow, it would be my privilege to walk alongside you as God brings healing, hope, and renewed purpose to your life.
