I offer weekly, biweekly, or monthly sessions of counseling or life-coaching. I do deep work with my clients and enjoy seeing rapid, but long-lasting growth. I like to see my clients reach higher levels of functioning than they ever anticipated. Sessions will involve honest conversations aimed at making your life better. I want to know your story: where you’ve been, where you’re at, and where you want to go. We’ll dig, discover, and then empower you to choose the best course of action based on insights gained. I offer individual, couples, marriage, family or group sessions. You can even invite a friend to join you in the sessions.

I’ve worked with clients from a variety of ages, religious backgrounds, diagnoses and life situations. Most of my experience is with adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, mood disorders and trauma. I also enjoy working with women (single or married) and mothers facing difficulties related to loneliness, marriage, divorce, pregnancy and parenting.
