I primarily use Person-Centered Therapy, which allows clients to feel heard and understood in an open, non-judgmental environment. I also draw from the Gottman Method to help couples develop stronger communication and healthier conflict resolution patterns, as well as multigenerational therapy to address family dynamics and patterns passed through generations. Additionally, I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Attachment Theory to address negative thought patterns and strengthen emotional bonds.
