As a Christian marriage and family therapist, my passion is helping individuals, couples, and families navigate the complexities of relationships, emotional challenges, and spiritual concerns. I believe in the transformative power of therapy when it is approached with empathy, respect, and a deep understanding of each person’s unique story. My goal is to create a safe, compassionate space where you can explore and heal from relational struggles, emotional pain, and spiritual questions.
In my approach, I integrate a variety of therapeutic modalities to tailor treatment to each client’s specific needs. I primarily use Person-Centered Therapy, which allows clients to feel heard and understood in an open, non-judgmental environment. I also draw from the Gottman Method to help couples develop stronger communication and healthier conflict resolution patterns, as well as multigenerational therapy to address family dynamics and patterns passed through generations. Additionally, I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Attachment Theory to address negative thought patterns and strengthen emotional bonds.
As a Christian therapist, I honor the role that faith can play in healing and growth. I strive to integrate spiritual care into therapy when appropriate, empowering clients to find peace and guidance through their faith. Together, we can work to create lasting change that aligns with your values, helping you build stronger relationships and find emotional and spiritual balance.
Whether you are facing personal challenges, seeking to strengthen your marriage, or working through family dynamics, I am here to walk alongside you in your journey toward healing and growth.
