I’m a Board-Certified Christian Mental Health Coach in San Diego, California, with a background in psychology. After experiencing trauma and abandonment as a teen, my faith in Jesus became the foundation for healing and purpose. Today, I support individuals and couples through trauma, anxiety, grief, life transitions, and premarital coaching using biblical, evidence-informed mental health coaching. I also help engaged couples build a strong, Christ-centered foundation for marriage through premarital coaching.
