Jesus said, “The thief comes in order to steal, kill, and destroy. I came that they may have life and have it in abundance.” (John 10:10, AMP). Yet, even followers of Christ may feel they are living life in ways less than abundant. Unresolved anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, negative and destructive thought patterns, and relationships issues are just some of the thieves that can rob us of the rich and satisfying lives God intends for us. This can make it difficult to navigate life’s transitions and stresses and even impact physical health.

My name is Rochelle J. Delain, Licensed Professional Counselor Associate and owner of Renew Integrative Counseling Center.  No stranger to trauma and grief in my own life, I have always had a heart of compassion for people who are struggling with trauma and grief, feel shackled to painful pasts, or find themselves stuck in psychological distress. As a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate and a veteran Doctor of Chiropractic, I believe that mind, body, and spirit must be considered when addressing mental health issues and seek to address root causes. I am passionate about helping teens and adults who are dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, personality disorders, and difficulty navigating life transitions.

My approach is informed by a biblical worldview, holistic, wellness oriented, and evidence based. Treatment plans are as unique, and specific as each individual I serve, and you will never be treated as a case or a disease. I also provide faith-based premarital counseling using the “Saving Your Marriage Before it Starts” (SYMBIS) program and am also happy to work with churches to provide this service to individual couples or in group settings.
