My Christian faith is not simply one part of my life or counseling practice—it is the foundation of both. I trusted Jesus Christ as my Savior as a child, but it was during college that I began to understand what it truly meant to surrender every area of my life to God and allow Him to guide my decisions, relationships, and purpose.

I believe the Bible is the inspired, authoritative, and sufficient Word of God and that it speaks truth to every aspect of the human condition. Although my clinical training provides helpful tools, Scripture shapes the foundation and direction of my counseling. I seek to help clients understand their struggles through a biblical worldview, recognize beliefs that may be keeping them stuck, and renew their minds with the truth of God’s Word.

My goal is to provide a counseling environment filled with both grace and truth—one in which clients feel genuinely heard and supported while also being lovingly guided toward the hope, healing, and freedom found in Christ.
