I have been a Christ follower since childhood. I love incorporating scripture and interweaving the interpretation of scripture into our modern day living. Three relationships are most important in our lives. These are 1) relationship with the Creator, 2) relationship with others, and 3) relationship with self. When we strive to bring these three relationship areas into alignment, our life begins to change for the better. I also incorporate brain science and trauma therapy to help people navigate the hard narratives of their life story, Together, we can work toward healing of mind, body, and soul.
