Regina Hood
Board Certified-TeleMental Health Provider, (LCPC) Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, Licensed Professional Counselor
About
As a holistic counselor, my journey has been shaped by my own childhood experiences and disappointments, which have deeply influenced my understanding of mental health. These challenges have ignited a passion within me to help others navigate their own health issues, integrating faith into the healing process.
I believe that, as expressed in Psalm 147:3 (NIV), “He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds.” This scripture resonates with my approach, emphasizing God’s compassion and the profound restoration available through faith. With each client, I aim to create a space where healing is possible not just emotionally, but spiritually as well.
My book, “From Detour to Destination,” reflects this journey and offers a Christian perspective on overcoming life’s obstacles. Together, we can explore the path to wellness, recognizing the divine influence in our lives and the strength found in faith.
