My LLC business name is “Restoring Rhythms”.  I chose this because I recognize that we are a whole being with three parts: Spirit; Soul; and Body.  When one part is dysregulated, the whole rhythm of our core is disrupted.
Ephesians 2:10 “We have become his poetry, a re-created people that will fulfill the destiny he has given each of us, for we are joined to Jesus, the Anointed One. Even before we were born, God planned in advance our destiny and the good works we would do to fulfill it!”
I work with adult individuals who struggle with anxiety, depression, grief, life changes, and trauma
I pray for God’s wisdom and understanding before sessions, as I meet with the individual, and after we meet.
I utilize Biblical principles within my sessions as needed and as approved by my clients.
I am trained in the Immanuel Prayer Approach and use it when requested by the client.
My life verse is Galatians 2:20 “I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I now live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.”
