About
Chadash Counseling and Coaching is a faith-informed, nature-based private practice in Ashland City, TN, specializing in care for helpers — first responders, military personnel, medical professionals, and fellow therapists. The Hebrew word Chadash means “renew” — and that’s our heart for every client who walks through our doors. We serve clients across Tennessee via telehealth and offer in-person sessions on our working family farm just outside Nashville, including nature-based and walk-and-talk therapy. Our clinicians are trained in evidence-based modalities including EMDR, ERP, IFS, CPT, somatic work, and trauma-focused care.
