ABOUT ME

I work with women who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck and don’t fully understand why or how to change it.

On the outside, they may be functioning but on the inside, they feel numb, stuck, anxious, or like they’ve lost themselves.

I help women get to the root of what’s going on, understand how it’s affecting them emotionally and physically, and begin to rebuild from a place of truth, safety, and connection with God.

This isn’t rushed or surface-level work.

I walk with you as you begin to feel again, think clearly again, and reconnect with who you truly are in Christ.

My work is both faith-centered and trauma-informed.
