Life can be extremely tough at times.  Difficult times can blindside us.  Sometimes, it’s the struggle in our marriage, or difficulty with one of the kids.  It can show up in our work feeling stressful or lacking purpose.  It might just be that blah feeling, discouragement or feeling overwhelmed with what hasn’t been difficult in the past.  At times it can feel hopeless, but there is always hope.  Sometimes, there isn’t a quick answer, we just need someone to walk with us through the tough path.  I’m willing to walk with you.

Ray is a marriage and family therapist, located in Eden Prairie, MN.  He works with individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, or difficult life circumstances or transitions.  He also works with couples navigating difficulties in their marriages or dealing with parenting issues.
