Heal and Restore Counseling, founded in November 2023, emerged from the heartfelt vision of Randy and Cathy Boyd. With over 40 years of marriage experience and the prior establishment of The Courageous Healers Foundation, Randy and Cathy are dedicated to helping individuals achieve life goals, heal from abuse, and restore marriages and relationships.

Target Audience and Market:

The primary target audience is men and women over 18, struggling in marriages/relationships, and dealing with addiction or childhood trauma. The target market centers around  Phoenix AZ and surrounding communities. We also offer telehealth for out of state and out of country clients.

Service Description:

Heal and Restore Counseling provides individual, marriage, and pre-marriage coaching, focusing on overcoming depression, anxiety, trauma, and PTSD. Additionally, online services are offered for the convenience of clients.

A professional Life Coach with over 14years experience and track record of success in identifying and proffering solution for people experiencing a wide range of emotional and psychological problems such as marriage, addiction, trauma and other behavioral maladjustment, helping them achieve an effective change and/or enhance their wellbeing. Expert in managing adult suffering from depression, anxiety, stress, loss and relationship difficulties that are affecting their lives. Assist the client to identify the root cause and address the problems in a positive way by helping to clarify the issues through the effective coaching,counseling section, exploring options and develop best strategies to increase self-awareness and enhance healing process thus, rebuilding self-confidence.

A Certified First Responder Mental Health Coach, Certified Abuse, Trauma, and the Emotionally Destructive Marriage Coach,  and Certified Trauma Informed Coach for Heal and Restore Counseling – Life Coaching.  In addition to Randy’s Life Coaching, he and his wife Cathy also host the Healing Courageously podcast.  As a courageous thriving survivor of sexual abuse, Randy speaks candidly at conferences, schools and treatment facilities about the effect of abuse on men and how it is possible to heal from those effects.  Randy is also the author of the groundbreaking book addressing emotional, physical, sexual and spiritual abuse of boys, titled “Healing the Wounded Child Within”.
