Hi! I am Ramona Hall. I’m a licensed professional counselor based in South Georgia. I am glad you are here and taking the first step towards better mental health. Congratulate yourself for the strength to take the hardest step, the first one!  I want you to feel safe and comfortable from the moment we meet. I want to walk alongside you and support you as you discover the best version of yourself. In the past eight years I have worked in a variety of settings with children, teens and adults.

My ideal client is one that is ready to find ways they can increase healthy coping skills, and decrease stress levels, depression and anxiety. I am also well acquainted with addiction and 12-step programs. I welcome the client who wants to work in collaboration with a therapist to help them reach their goals in life, with the understanding that it takes time and effort on the client’s part to change years of unhealthy thoughts and beliefs. Because of my own Christian beliefs, I often integrate Bible verses and teachings with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. The Bible says in Romans 12:2 that we are not to “be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind.”
