I am a trauma-informed Christian counselor who provides clinically sound, holistic care. I specialize in working with trauma, OCD, and related disorders, and I have advanced training in ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention) and EMDR therapy. I enjoy working with both individuals and couples.

Much of my work is with adult survivors of childhood abuse, as well as those navigating grief and loss of all kinds. More recently, I have also worked with individuals recovering from spiritual abuse. In our work together, I pay close attention to attachment patterns and nervous system regulation, while equipping you with practical tools to manage symptoms and move toward healing.

As a follower of Jesus Christ, my faith deeply informs both how I understand people and how I approach counseling. I believe that Jesus is our healer and that our ultimate hope is found not only in what God can do for us, but in knowing Him personally. At the same time, I value using well-researched, evidence-based approaches that support meaningful and lasting change.

When desired, I am glad to incorporate prayer, Scripture, and biblical wisdom into our sessions. I seek to do this in a way that is thoughtful, respectful, and attuned to each client’s comfort level and spiritual background.

My office is located inside the sanctuary building of Colleyville Presbyterian Church. I love that clients are able to receive care in a space that reflects God’s presence, and I hope it feels like a gentle extension of His love and care toward them.
