About

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) and a Board Certified Professional Counselor (BCPC). I hold a Masters Degree in Applied Psychology from New York University.  I have a passion for helping to promote overall wellness through education, motivation, inspiration, wisdom, christian spiritual healing, therapeutic interventions, and a positive mindset. I have been working online and face-to-face in my private practice for over 14 years. I work with adults, children, couples, families, and groups. I am effective helping with life challenges related to PTSD, depression, anxiety, stress, transitions, life skills, stress, disabilities, career goals, military life, spiritual, family, marital and couples issues, etc. My counseling style is eclectic, tailored to the situation, and what works best for for the client. I am empathetic, compassionate, and I care about my clients’ overall well-being. I offer workable therapeutic goals within my speciality in person-centered, family systems, cognitive behavioral, and solution-focused therapy methods.
