About
You don’t have to walk through life’s difficult seasons alone. For over 30 years, I have had the privilege of walking alongside women, listening to their stories, and helping them find hope and healing through God’s truth.
As a graduate of Southern California Seminary with a Master of Arts in Biblical Counseling, I counsel women from teens through adulthood. My faith in Jesus Christ is the foundation of my approach, and I gently incorporate Scripture and biblical principles to help clients navigate trauma, depression, anxiety, stress, grief, emotional struggles, relationships, life transitions, past wounds, and questions of identity and purpose.
My desire and goal is to provide a safe, compassionate, and judgment-free space where you can be heard, understood, and encouraged as you take steps toward healing and freedom.
