I believe leadership is more than achieving results—it is the stewardship of the people, influence, and opportunities God entrusts to us.
As a Ph.D. in Leadership, I bring more than 15 years of leadership experience across nonprofit, private-sector, public-sector, and cross-cultural settings, along with many years of Christian ministry and missionary service. Living and serving in diverse cultures has taught me the importance of humility, self-awareness, listening, and seeing situations from perspectives different from our own. These experiences led me to establish See A New Leadership & Consulting, where I help leaders and organizations discover new possibilities and lead with clarity and purpose.
A Scripture that guides both my life and work is Romans 12:2: “Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind.” I believe meaningful leadership transformation begins with how we think, what we value, and how we understand ourselves and others.
In my coaching and consulting, I integrate biblical principles with practical, research-informed leadership practices. Depending on the client’s goals, we may explore servant leadership, integrity, humility, stewardship, calling, conflict resolution, emotional intelligence, cultural intelligence, communication, and healthy organizational relationships.
My goal is not simply to help people become more effective leaders, but to help them become healthier, wiser, and more purposeful leaders who use their influence to serve others and make a lasting difference.
