I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner serving adults throughout Ohio through virtual and in-person appointments. My passion is helping people find hope and healing by caring for the whole person—mind, body, and spirit.

My practice, Lantern in the Dark, reflects the biblical truth that God is our light, even in our darkest seasons. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with Biblical truth, helping clients learn to “take every thought captive” (2 Corinthians 10:5). Sessions include prayer, Scripture, and the application of Biblical principles integrated with evidence-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

My approach is therapy-first. While I can prescribe non-controlled medications when clinically appropriate, I believe lasting change comes through renewing the mind with God’s truth alongside evidence-based therapy.

As a nondenominational Christian, I welcome clients from all Christian denominations. I believe the Holy Spirit leads every session and that God is the ultimate source of healing. My practice focuses on obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), generalized anxiety disorder (GAD), major depressive disorder (MDD), post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and related conditions that can be safely and effectively treated in an outpatient setting.

The verse that has most shaped my life and practice is 2 Corinthians 5:7: “For we walk by faith, not by sight.” I also find great encouragement in Micah 7:8: “…When I sit in darkness, the Lord will be a light to me.” These verses remind me that even when we cannot see the path ahead, God is faithful and present.

My desire is to provide a compassionate, grace-filled space where clients can strengthen both their mental health and their relationship with Christ while trusting Him to guide the journey toward healing.
