I have my Masters of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Colorado Christian University and a Masters in Divinity from Concordia Seminary, bringing over a decade of counseling and pastoral experience to sessions! I am currently an LPCC (Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate) in Colorado.
I conduct therapy mainly using Bible-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which focuses on replacing negative thought patterns with healthy ones. I also employ a variety of other techniques and modalities depending on your situation and needs.
