About
At Hope & Grace Christian Counseling, I believe that meaningful healing can honor both faith and evidence-based mental health care.
My own faith has taught me that some of our hardest seasons can become places where God meets us with unexpected hope and grace. One of the Scriptures that continues to guide both my life and my work is Romans 5:3–5—the reminder that suffering can produce perseverance, character, and ultimately a hope that does not disappoint.
As a Christian therapist, I love helping clients explore their emotional health in a way that doesn’t require them to set their faith aside when they enter the therapy room. I integrate Biblical truth and Christian values alongside evidence-based approaches to help clients better understand their emotions, heal from painful experiences, strengthen relationships, establish healthy boundaries, and live more fully according to their values.
Faith integration always respects each client’s individual beliefs, experiences, and relationship with God. Sometimes that means incorporating Scripture, prayer, or spiritual reflection into therapy; other times it simply means providing a space where faith can be openly discussed as an important part of healing.
At Hope & Grace, our hope is to create a place where people can bring their whole story—the emotional, relational, and spiritual parts—and find compassionate, clinically sound care.
Where faith meets healing.
