Purpose & Approach: As a Christian Mental Health Counselor, my purpose is to support people who are navigating painful experiences, unexpected challenges, difficult circumstances, or life choices that have created setbacks. My goal is to help clients move toward hope, freedom, fulfillment, and a meaningful life rooted in honor, dignity, and worth. My approach also includes the use of prayer and Scripture reading as I integrate various counseling modalities: DBT, CBT, REBT, LI.
