I am a CA Licensed Psychologist (PSY25690) and have over ten years of experience counseling individuals and couples. Through counseling, I can help you examine how you relate to yourself and others, and guide you in making healthy changes aligned with your personal values, needs and goals. I help clients learn to manage anxiety, relationship challenges, identity and self-confidence, life transitions, postpartum anxiety and postpartum depression, and motherhood-related adjustments and challenges. I deeply enjoy the opportunity to weave faith into the therapy process while respecting where each individual is in their own faith journey.
