I create a non-judgemental, safe place to process thoughts and feelings, a place to learn the root problem and begin healing. I love to work with individuals, adolescents, college students, and families addressing concerns such as: anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship problems, trauma, and life transitions.

I have a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and have over 7 years of experience working with adults, children, and families.
