About
Do you feel like your past keeps interfering with your present no matter how much you pray, try to forgive, or move on? Maybe you carry trauma, shame, or relational wounds that keep resurfacing. You might feel the weight of spiritual battles, wondering if healing or freedom is really possible. While Romans 8:28 reminds us that “in all things, God works for the good of those who love Him,” sometimes life still seems too hard to keep going. I hold to that promise as we walk toward healing together.
I guide clients through a Christ-centered approach that integrates Scripture, prayer, and evidence-based therapy. Drawing from Ephesians 6, I help clients “put on the armor of God,” learning to control what they can control, while relying on His truth to stand firm against emotional and spiritual challenges. Sessions combine biblical wisdom with trauma therapy, mindfulness, and holistic care for the mind, body, and spirit.
Helping people find purpose in God’s plan is my passion. My style is direct yet compassionate, focused not only on helping you feel better, but on lasting, Spirit-led transformation. You don’t have to face this alone. Book a consultation today, and let’s begin your journey toward restoration, renewal, and strength in Him.
