Life is often full of twists and turns. Many people struggle with what life can bring and the negative emotional and behavioral responses that follow. My goals and passions are to bring healing using Christian beliefs and a variety of therapy modalities to those struggling with stressful experiences. Sometimes we forget that God is there for us. Beyond traditional therapy,  I can use a Christian faith based approach for those that seek it in order to improve their mental and spiritual health. My focus is healing the whole person. I help my clients find their path and create intention and passion in their lives. I have over twenty six years of experience helping clients with addiction, depression, anxiety, PTSD and internal conflicts. I can offer ART and EMDR. I know that treatment must be individualized to treat specific needs. I accept insurance and cash payments
